Picture
Martinus L. Johnson, Jr.  has practiced law in Washington since 1982.  He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.  He earned his undergraduate degree at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.  Marty is admitted to practice in all state courts in Washington.   He is also admitted to practice in federal courts in Washington (the Western District of Washington, the Eastern District of Washington, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals) and immigration related federal agencies, such as USCIS,  federal Immigration Court and the Department of Labor.  The office blends legal sophistication with a personal approach, giving value to clients.   Marty began his legal career with Bogle & Gates - then Seattle's largest law firm.  He has worked in a variety of law settings - large firm, medium-sized firm and a financial services company's law department -  which gives him a broad perspective and experience that counts  in pursuing objectives for clients.
